The competition will have 2 gold medals, 5 silver medals, and 8 bronze medals, as well as 35 winning medals. Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded with prizes of 50000 yuan, 20000 yuan, and 10000 yuan respectively (no prize money will be given for winning medals), and participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Gold, silver, and bronze award projects that are launched and transformed in the West City Science and Technology Innovation Corridor within one year after the end of the competition can receive relevant talent policy support from the West City Science and Technology Innovation Corridor and the landing area. Among them, gold award projects can enjoy a maximum of 12 million yuan in research and development subsidies (including 1 million yuan in start-up funds) for three years and a maximum of 3 million yuan in workplace rental subsidies; Silver and bronze award projects can enjoy a maximum of 6 million yuan in research and development subsidies (including 800000 yuan in start-up funds) and a maximum of 1.5 million yuan in workplace rental subsidies for three years.

A maximum of 900000 yuan of special support will be given to postdoctoral fellows working in the corridor.

During the competition, the organizing committee, in conjunction with universities, research institutes, key laboratories, and leading enterprises in Hangzhou, launched the "100 Postdoctoral Postdoctoral Postdoctoral Positions Direct Train" activity, setting up about 100 "golden positions" for the qualifying projects. The core team members of the participating projects (the top three) who meet the job requirements can be quickly recruited through necessary procedures.

Relying on the Hangzhou Postdoctoral Achievement Transfer and Transformation Center, we will hold a post doctoral research achievement transformation and docking activity, inviting leaders from nationally renowned universities, leading enterprises, and well-known intermediary organizations to conduct special docking, and promote the on-site transformation and application of competition results.
